Located at the core area of Zhangjiang Science City, Shanghai Optoelectronics Science and Technology Innovation Center (hereinafter referred to as OEINO) established by the Science and Technology Commission of Shanghai Municipality on May 26, 2023. It has five administrative divisions, including the General Office, Science and Technology Development Department, External Cooperation Department, Human Resources Department, and Assets and Finance Department, as well as four business divisions, including Photonic Scientific Research Department, Micro-nano Electronics Engineering Technology Department, Silicon Photonic Platform Department, and Technology Transfer Department. OEINO actively explores institutional mechanisms that align with the principles of scientific and technological development. It adopts flexible and diverse employment methods to attract and recruit outstanding talents from both domestic and international sources. This approach aims to build a high-caliber innovative talent pool.
It implements an efficient and collaborative innovation model of industry-university-research collaboration, accelerates scientific research and technological breakthroughs, and actively promotes the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, supporting regional economic development and the construction of International Science and Technology Innovation Center.
